The company started its activity in 2015 with the aim of designing and manufacturing injection molds for the production of plastic automotive parts in a space of 10,000 square meters located in the Caspian Industrial Park in Qazvin city. (Main products are automotive cooling and heating system parts)

Orientation of product diversity

In 2019, the organization, considering its capacity and knowledge of automotive standards, placed non-automotive orders on its agenda. (Vacuum cleaner covers and products related to hydroponic systems in agricultural industries)

Classical management approach

During this period, the organization successfully obtained management system standard (9001:2015) and improved the quality of its ability to cooperate with renowned companies in the field of home heating and cooling products. Among the achievements of this period are the development of a strategic plan, a change in structure towards a process approach, and significant developments in the HSE process.

Modern management approach

With the passing of the classical management era, the Holacracy approach was implemented with the aim of making the organization agile. The results of this approach include eliminating layers between the organization's employees and customers and speeding up the decision-making process throughout the organization.

Entering the cosmetics, health and food industries

Currently, the necessary infrastructure is being rapidly developed to comply with PrPS requirements and standards such as GMP in order to enter the target markets of the cosmetic, health, and food industries.
